The Internship for summer 2016 will promote social-emotional development and movement through practice play during the core day and facilitate hands-on, project-based experiences after school. The ideal candidate is dynamic, collaborative, and invested in ongoing growth. Experience engaging students in an educational environment is key.

      We will host and teach 1000 international students Design Thinking Workshop; The students age 12-21, while the majority are junior high and high school. if  you want some multicultural experience and make more friends, want to learn more leadership and public speaking skills, need more education experience.



  • Engage lower elementary students in outdoor movement during the core school day and experiential activities after the core school day
  • Adapt student experiences for children of mixed ages and abilities
  • Build and maintain a safe, rigorous classroom culture that supports deep thinking and learning
  • Use the resources of the city and community to create educational opportunities that are deeply relevant and rooted in the real world
  • Work in collaboration with the co-curriculars and parent satisfaction teams on continuous program improvement
  • Collaborate with researchers, designers, technologists, and other educators to design and refine an innovative model for elementary school education
  • High EQ and strong empathy for educators, parents, and students
  • At least four years of leadership experience and people management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent, empathetic communication in person and in writing
  • Demonstrated success with responsibilities that require detail-oriented execution and exceptional organization
  • Good judgment on policy development and sensitive matters
  • Direct experience with education and schools, ideally as a teacher and/or administrato
